Thanks

HTML Exe already supports 256x256 Vista icons. Did you get problems with one?

Yes - your're right. Sorry I hadn't explored more before asking this. I compiled using a new large icon source for an existing ebook but Windows Explorer kept showning me the old small one until I output the ebook to a different filename. I probably just need to find a way to force Windows to refresh the icon for a file. Perhaps a re-boot will do it?

Are you using Win XP ? Because it doesn't support Vista icons. Moreover, icons are cached by Windows, so yes, only a reboot or deleting the icon cache will help. See http://smallvoid.com/article/windows-icon-cache.html

I was actually having this issue on Win7. To fix it I closed Eplorer, deleted the Windows Icon Cache and re-started Explorer. All OK now.

Thanks

Large icons are apply able in the windows appearance. In the case of large icons the html is contain the icons which are convertible into a large icons.
In the case of the Windows operating system windows 7 gives you as possible as large icons.
Also in the windows vista it is also gives us large icons on the desktop. The icons are available in the pixel category.
