Client with above issue advises that it appears to have been resolved on receipt of file created using latest update of XLSPadlock. Thank you.

User has also report Code 33 error. When running Test application there appeared to be no issue. Compiled 32 & 64bit EXE files are created separately, not as a combined EXE. Below is users Window System information.
