Access violation error when opening the workbook - SOLVED

Dear sirs,

a user of mine has the following errors when he tries to launch the file:

Access violation at address 77737034 in module ‘ntdll.dll.
Write of address 00390031. Access violation at address 777370D4 in module ‘ntdll.dll.
Write of address 00000000.Access violation at address 77708976 in module ‘ntdll.dll .
Read of address 00000000.
Access violation at address 77708976 in module ‘ntdll.dll . Read of address 00000000.

Windows 10
Microsoft Excel: 2016
Software antivirus: NOD32 13.2.15.0

The file created with XLS padlcok requires online activation.

How can he fix the problem?

Which version of XLS Padlock are you using? Make sure you build your EXE files with the latest version, especially if your customer upgraded to the last Windows 10 update.

I just updated to 2020.1.
I’ll try with this last versione.
