With WooCommerce activation a message appears after inserting Activation Key.

After repairing some permits, I have no more errors on the PHP error log.
However, I am still not able to activate the file.
In the PHP log:
“POST /xxxxxx/wordpress/activation/getactivation/52 HTTP/1.1” 404 47279 “-” “XLS Padlock Activation” 400
Are you using Apache or NGINX?
It is using a system NGINX as an inverse proxy, and APACHE as web service. The site is in a subdomain, so in this case, the scheme would be as follows in the image,
