Right after clicking the Build Secure App button I get the message: An error occurred while performing formula protection. Range check error

I have read all the posts that I can, set recalculation before compiling, deleted all the existing sheets leaving only a brand new blank sheet, with nothing in it, to no avail.
The VBA code has been checked by several products and there’s no obvious code errors.

Does anyone have a solution?

SOLVED: It was the presence of XML ribbon causing this. I copied all the Sheets, VBA and forms to a new workbook and it worked fine.
