The things mentioned in title do not seem to work properly with compiled version of my Excel.
Is there a way to execute compiled excel in a hidden mode and quit afterwards?
I need it for certain automatic mode of application. If application is executed with certain parameter (e.g. from external environment), it is supposed to run in a hidden mode. I implemented this functionality in Workbook_Open and everything seems to work except standard VBA method Application.quit (after finishing the job application stays open). Please let me know if you have suggestion how to deal with it.
