Cannot validate

My client gets an error:

Cannot validate this activation key, no previous activation was found in the order database.

Any idea why?

It’s because you generated a manual activation key and you use online validation. Since there is no online record for that manual activation key, validation cannot work for it.
The solution is to create a manual activation key that bypasses validation; in the key generator, tick this:

that is not the case. The manual activation is turned off. But the code connected to the order on the server was reset. Maybe it caused the problem?

Yes, that’s also a possibility.
