Elementor plugin stuck on loading

I have the Elementor plugin installed and updated.
When I click on the edit with elementor, it never loads on the left side.

Elementor plugin probably needs .htaccess file, not compatible with ExeOutPut server.

Turn on developer tools and see that the error is. Sometimes you can find a work around.
