My name is Glaudes and I am already a user of this program which is excellent for a few years to market my technical sheets, but some time all my clients who still use the Windows 7 operating system are no longer able to register my compiled worksheets, and I lose sales and make several refunds for that reason.
Is there a special setting for the spreadsheet to be compiled, what do I normally register with Windows 7? As before?
Attached is the image that always appears when a client with windows 7 tries to register the compiled worksheet.
