Error runing a HE application over a network

I’m building an IE Webbrowser publication using HE 4.6.1 on Windows7

A client is trying to run the exe over a network and gets this error message

“A running debugger, registry or file monitoring software has been detected. Please unload it from memory and restart your program.”

Please help.
Thanks.

To avoid this error, copy the EXE to a local folder, or disable “Do not run if a debugger is detected” in Global Security settings.
