Mostly of my clients are complaining about this error. What is the cause of this? My previous compiled books are activating successfully but this time it gives an error like this.
This 12175 error means this: one or more errors were found in the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate sent by the server. Please verify the SSL chain of your certificate (are all certificates included?).
