Hey,

Same problem on a gui app. But we use thin clients and i have no option to install the Redistributable 2017 VC_redist.x64 on the client.

Error from Logfile:
28.03.2021 03:24:48 Scheme Request URL start: https://heserver/public/index.php
28.03.2021 03:24:50 PHP ERROR: Could not locate PHP DLL in memory

This error also can occur if the computer is not up-to-date for some drivers and/or BIOS.

was that windows server 2016?

Error fixed by installing the correct MSVC files.
