Forum is ignored

I’m a bit frustrated because there are many ignored and unanswered posts on the support forums here. Can you please make a time each day to check for new support forum posts. I’m sure everyone will appreciate your time. Forums are a great way to drive traffic but a prospective customer will move on if it appears dead or unsupported. I see you have support tickets too, is this your preferred method of communication?


No, our forum is regularly read and answered (just take a look at all answers and messages). It’s just these days we’ve been overwhelmed by support requests and all of our products were badly impacted by the Windows 10 May 2020 update. Now, things are getting better although one of our team members is still missing for personal reasons.
