The context menu in the Scripting Edition are in Chines (My system is W7-32-en)

This field can only be removed if you have bought the “No Branding” option as explained in the store page:

This option allows you to remove any visual trace that your ebooks and
publications were built with HTML Executable: thus, you can remove the
"Built with HTML Executable" mark displayed in the about box of your
applications and version info. You can then advertise your own company only.
