How to send one frame to an extended monitor(just like powerpoint)?

I use frameset in my html file.
And I use HE4.6.1 to compile an (IE)eBook file with 2 frames(upper frame and lower frame).

If I use 2 monitors, is that possible that I can view 2 frames on one monitor, and send the upper frame to the extended monitor(just like powerpoint)?

No unfortunately. The frameset remains in the same window and we have no option in the rendering engine to make this two-monitor thing happen.
