HTMLexe Publication won't start after Windows Update


A customer contacted me telling me that he can’t open my publications after the latest Windows update. The “loading application, please wait…” progress bar appears, but once it finishes, the program shuts down.

Could you please let me know how to fix this?

Which version of HTMLEXE are you using?

This probably was a false alert. The customer is good to go now.
