I’m a little confused about the main differences between the 2 (apart from exeoutput being able to add php sites and scripts into the compiled file).
It there a comparison table somewhere?
Cheers.

No, there is no comparison table. Basically, HTML Exe has also registration tools to create trial/registered ebooks, a search engine, Table of Contents, Favorites, internal PDF display… However, it only accepts static HTML and PDF files. ExeOutput has all of the power of PHP and can handle dynamic websites.
HTMLEXE is more dedicated to ebook and digital publications, while ExeOutput is basically for PHP programmers.
