Licensing scheme - How many licenses do I need to purchase?

Hello, first time in this forum.
I have a question regarding the license scheme of XLSPadLock.
I have two machines both with the same configuration (W8.1 64Bits and Office2013 64Bits). One machine is a laptop that I use on the road. Do I have to purchase two XLS Padlock licenses even if I use only one machine at a time if I want to have XLSPadLock installed on both machines? Thanks in advance. Luis.

Only one license is required. You can activate your license on up to 2 computers simultaneously (for instance one laptop and one desktop).
