Hi PhuongM
Thanks for the suggestion -I tried it. Converted the same file to xlsb and recompiled.Xlsb file 10 seconds…Exe compiled file the same 1 min 5 seconds so there was no difference on the exe -xlsm and xlsb is slow after compile. Confirmed

Windows 7 32 bit
Office 2007 Enterprise Edition

If you read the different posts, you’ll see that each time a solution was found. Have you tried one of them? apart using binary workbooks.
