One of my customers is trying to run the EXE file but every time he opens the EXE file it loads and crashes.
He first gets the message “Microsoft Excel has stopped working” and then later “Microsoft is trying to recover your information” as per attached screenshots.
Customer is using:
- Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.16299 Build 16299
- Office 365 ProPlus, version 1809, Build 10827.20150 Click-to-run
The EXE file was built using XLS Padlock V 2018.2
Can you please advise?
