Probably it will become version 2023. I’ve been waiting for two years. =(

Yes, but there are some good reasons. We decided to implement the WebView2 engine and we must ensure almost everything works fine before a new release. In our current builds, the new engine works really great and it does not require to ship the Chromium files with each EXE file, since it’s now common to Windows (11) and distributed by Microsoft themselves.
We are just facing some unexpected minor problems that can sometimes take more longer to fix, but finally, we always manage to get something great at the end. And yes, it will be HTMLEXE 2023 (and not 2024).
