The client can not open the file. The error message is:
Have the same problem on Win 11 PRO 24H2.
Before I had “Error while starting application runtime 2021.1”. Did the upgrade as suggested to 2024.2.
Now after upgrade I’m getting: “Add-in 2 system error. Code 33.”
Yes, it’s a new issue from an update released some days ago by Microsoft. We are investigating as not everyone is getting the problem.
And some other apps were also broken.
