The HTML2exe file was not launching in Windows 10, was thinking that HTML2exe pubs don’t run on Windows 10, but later on tried disabling Bitdefender and it worked. Is there any way to contact Bitdefender to update their definitions? My publication had a valid code signing certificate too.
