Save Dialog Box

Yes, I can confirm Last Save does not work with the SaveSecureWorkbookToFile macro.

In fact, I discussed the exactly same topic with you nearly a year ago and you advised here that “SaveSecureWorkbookToFile doesn’t write a reference into the history file”.

Do you have any other suggestion to run the ThisWorkbook.Save macro without “Save local workbook” dialog box, saving the XLSC file without prompting the user to enter the file name?

Thanks,

We remembered having tested that problem and it worked as expected. Maybe there is some combination of settings that is causing your problem. Did you activate unusual XLS Padlock settings like Advanced Options or Do not prompt end users for save filename?
