Have a customer using a compiled workbook. They opened it yesterday and original opened fine and they created a saved file. Today when they tried to open the saved file, he said the opening dialogue box popped up like it should and the excel file logo showed up in the task bar for a few seconds. Then the opening dialogue box went away with the saved file never opening. He checked task manager it showed excel running. He got no warnings or errors… it just didn’t load.
I had him send me the saved file and it opened fine on my computer.
What would keep Excel from loading the saved file on his computer and not on mine?
