Setting the custom-sized window to 2nd screen (extend desktop)

Is that possible that I can set the custom-sized window bigger ( for example, 2732x768) than my 1st sceen ( for example, 1366x768), and extend to 2nd screen (extend desktop)?

I can drag and pull Chrome or IE from my 1st sceen to 2nd screen (extend desktop).

Sure, HTMLEXE won’t prevent you to enter these sizes as custom sizes.
