Windows 11, can't create Data folder for PHP libraries

When trying to open an EXE made with ExeOutput in Win11, first problem is the Microsoft Defender will alert for a “virus”.

Then if you execute normal, the message “the specified input file was not found”.
Ok, then you try to execute with admin privileges.
The Data folder is not created and the program fail to execute the PHP.

Ideas?

Did you enable UPX compression or not for your EXE file?

BTW you can also send your EXE file to Microsoft here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission/
Choose Software Developer.
Thus, they will fix your false positive.
