Windows 11 nueva versión error HTMLEXE

GOOD AFTERNOON. When will htmlexe solve the problems you are having with Win 11? At this moment I am going to complete 10 days without being able to update my books and HTMLEXE should not depend on Windows. You must be autonomous for the work you provide. Additionally, the service you provide is poor and I am going to be a year old and the new version has not been released and there is no patience for that, which is what we pay for.

@gabito @gdgsupport I would like to see more frequent updates too. I have reported bugs with some core features that have delayed or prevented my progress on apps, but there have been no resolutions or updates. Since they are using a subscription model, it would be proper to provide more frequent updates for their paying customers.

The solution is not to delete the Windows 11 update files because the PC is updated automatically and we must think about the users too.

We responded to your tickets too but it seems you may not have received them.

The problem has been identified, caused by the Microsoft KB5046740 update, into our virtualization solution used in HTML Executable.
Uninstalling this KB (remind that this is a Preview and not the final release by Microsoft) fixes the issue; but this is not a valid fix.
Note: it does not occur on all computers with KB5046740 installed. Some customers with that update do not get the error code 33.

:point_right: A fix is in preparation and will be made available as soon as the tests are successful. The fix will be integrated into HTML Executable 2024.2.
