XLS Padlock Menu in Excel Missing

Installation issue:
XLS Padlock Manager indicates everything is installed correctly and registered.

Developer Tab is present is Excel Menu.

XLS Padlock menu is not available. I have contacted support, but I’m getting any responses. How do I run the application?

First, please check whether C:\Program Files (x86)\XLS Padlock 2019\XLSPadlockAddin.dll exists.
Then, click Add in the COM Add-ins dialog box, and choose the DLL in the Select File dialog box.

I came across this post because I have this issue. I did all that you suggested. disabled and enabled the add-ins and I uninstall the software and reinstalled it again and I don’t see the XLS Padlock tab. I also don’t see in the menu when I right-click the mouse to bring up the mouse menu. What else must I do.

I also followed the instructions in the Guide (12.14 XLS Padlock tab is missing in Excel)

Make sure two Excel.exe are not appearing in the task manager. If you are running a compiled workbook, the Excel instance won’t show the XLS Padlock tab.
