HTMLexe not working in Windows 10 - SOLVED

I have just installed Windows 10 and now HTMLexe will not run. It begins the loading process with the splash screen and then a message appears which says that it will have to shut down. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the process, but the problem persists. I have the latest heinst.exe download.

I cannot use the HTMLexe program.

Do you have any ideas a) what the problem might be and b) what I could do to fix it.

This is pretty important for my business.

It’s a problem with the AVG antivirus (last update). We’ve contacted them and they are aware of the problem.

Until they release a fix, you can temporarily disable AVG when running HTML Executable itself (publications are exempt).
