Pretty sure this request was on the old forum and lost when you guys went to this new one. Need ability to rename the heserver to different names depending on the software app being built. BTW: when will new verson of EXEOutPut be out that allows us to easily work with azure code signing?

Actually just closing it and reopne it works.

The option is/was not checked. I did make sure of the check box, my bad should have mentioned that.

Just another note for the team: I compiled a project in latest CEF then wanted to see same project in WebView2, so switched. Little later while software running got the call to os error.

Do not mean to hijack the thread but I sure hope azure sign is coming to exeoutput and htmlexe soon. Use it now exclusively and sure would make life easier :)

Did you already physically install the Microsoft Artifact Signing Client Tools? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/artifact-signing/how-to-signing-integrations Had similar issue but not with XLS Padlock. Matter of fact had to install twice for some odd Windows issue.

Happy to report that this solved the issue with PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.5. Links function correctly with heexternal:// now. Thanks so much.

Another worthy note: The older CEF version for Win 7 works, the links open in default browser. Be more than happy to tray any fix you may have for newer version.

Sorry for delay. I have tested the exe quite a few times and have not had the error again. Very strange to me, I have never checked that before and have no clue how it got checked, guess I fat fingered it :) What is the real purpose of that setting and when is a good time to ever use it?
