Dear colleagues from the Support team,
I’ve sent you the question on July 16th with quite a simple question. Today is 27th of July and I still didn’t get any reply from you.

I am purchaser of the the most premium version of HTML EXE and I expect much faster support. Besides before you replied quicker. What happened now?

Can you answer your Client please?

P.S. Besides, my previous profile on the forum (nickname Andrey) cannot post new topics. Why? You banned me for something??
 
You haven’t been banned, you just posted in a very old topic and the forum software considered that your post needed a review before going live.
Regarding support, we’ll check our spam folders because “11 days” is a too large delay.
