Access webcam from exeoutput

is there any way to access webcam from phpexe, I tried flash plugin but unable to access camera, while it is working fine from within browser.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Why does it not work with Flash? Did you install the special Adobe® Flash Player named Pepper Flash?
