Built-in HTML Viewer problems

Hi,

I’m trying to use your built in html viewer for my html files. I’m using css scripting so that shouldn’t be a problem. But when I build the file then run the exe, only words show up, no images, no background color. The external browser works fine. any ideas? Thanks.

Maybe your html files use advanced CSS techniques that are not handled by the built-in HTML viewer. Try an IE publication instead.

Thank you, yes that works fine using IE publication. Will future version have the capability?

The CSS parser/rendering engine cannot be as powerful as major browsers like FireFox or IE. In the future, we may replace it with Chromium, however, it’s not the best solution as EXE files would have their sizes grow up to 10-20 Mb minimum.
