Can I open my HTML file in Kiosk Mode (without any browser tools?)?

Hello,
  • I have few HTML, CSS, JS & Images for one of my project. And my main file is home.html
    So can I open my home.html file in Kiosk mode? Meaning without any browser tools & complete full screen mode?
I am planning to buy this, but before that I would like to know whether my issue will be resolved or not?
