Compiling an Axure prototype

Does anyone else use HTML Executable to package an axure prototype for offline viewing? I have recently been getting errors the first time I try to open a page in my file, but the second try works. It seems like a loading sequence error.

The errors include:

http://heserver/resources/scripts/startPost.js 0 33:9
‘$axure’ is undefined

http://heserver/index.html 0 71:13
‘setUpController’ is undefined

Any suggestions are welcome.

HTML Executable 4.9 uses the Trident/Internet Explorer engine. Is your axure prototype compatible with Internet Explorer 11?
