Delay by building

Hello,
I have tried to build the application again to correct some errors, but now It is always delaying by building (compressing the files) and not working anymore. I need always to kill the process.
Is is happening because the trial version? Or what am I doing wrong?
 
Then I don´t why it is happening. I got only time the .exe file. In the other times the program stands still compressing files and I have to kill the process to try again.
Yes, I´m running ExeOutput for PHP 2019 Setup Package. Is there other version?
