Display license agreement option

I have Excel XLSPadLock 2025.3 installed. I created an executable file with restrictions, an expiration date, and automatic saving of changes. The .EXE file opens without a problem, but when I select the "License Agreement" option, the executable file doesn't open. I tried creating a "License Agreement" copied from NotePad instead of Word, as I did initially, and it doesn't work.
What should I do?

In the video you sent to us, it looks like the agreement opens fine and then nothing.
Could you try to upgrade to XLS Padlock 2025.0?
