Do .flv video files play in the interface window

If HTMLexe supports Flash, do .flv video files
play in the interface window? Even so, I still have the
same question I posted earlier – how do I get the interface
to go and execute a video file (that sits on the same DVD
where the HTMLexe file originally launched from)

I have seen the various help files and posts, but
I am not having success. When I tried to follow
the steps, HTMLexe took a loooong time to compile–
I had to cancel it. I can only assume I made a mistake
somehow and it was including my video files in the
.exe!
