Hello everybody,
a client of mine receives this error when the protected workbook starts: "activation key not valid".
His subscription is active and he regularly paid for the product in the woocommerce store.
But he can't use it, because of this issue.
I tried to deactivate the app via Windows prompt using the command " -deact", but it didn't work, I still receive the error message.

How can I solve the problem?
