EXCEL NOT responding as supposed to be

I have several clients that their excel opened up and my XLS WB but they can not click the macro buttons. No response at all. If their ms office is expired or crack ver then the excel won’t supposed to open in the first place but it opened up. What could be the problem? Anti virus is off. WB compiled in bundle.
I have ver XLS 2024.3. Pls help.

Is it possible they’re running the online web version of 365 (which has no vba)? Also, I believe if even one of those web users Saved it using the web-only version it can remove the vba function to no longer run macros on that file even when opened with an Office Pro version.
