Exception ElnvalidPointer in module exophpext.dll

A client is getting has started getting the following error when trying to use a compiled app.
Exception ElnvalidPointer in module exophpext.dll at 00005ce9

It had been working for them but now started with the error.

Any idea what could be causing this ?

Using the latest version.

They have tried another exe of the app but still getting an error
Exception EAccessViolation in module exophpext.dll at 0002E33C.

Access violation at address FE3EE33C in module
‘exophpext.dll’. Read of address 00000020.

Do they have an antivirus program or security software?

I would imagine they do. If this can cause this error, I’ll let them know.
