Hi support team - could someone please assist in the request please? I haven’t received the activation code since purchase. Thanks!

My account still shows, no license found.
 
It is not normal that you have not received your activation code. What was your purchase reference? With FastSpring or MyCommerce?
Please send it via the ticket system (within the ticket you opened) or on this forum with Private Mail.
