Did you choose the CEFV87 engine here?
If yes, please run the web update utility again, because some dependencies were updated and you probably have an old version (2021.0).

so when we updating new beta does it mean we need to uninstall previous?
Normally Beta 3 will overwrite Beta 2. If not, you can remove it with the uninstaller.

Is there any mp4 updates that work with Beta 3 instead of the one that we get from Beta 2 version?

We choose engine.
