File won't open

Hi there,

I am having an issue where i have to open the application multiple times in order for the file to open. It does not seem to happen every time only occasionally.

I can typically try 2 or 3 times and it will open but it does not look professional client side.

Any insight?

Which version of XLS Padlock are you using? And are you getting any error message?

I am using a 64 bit xls on 64 bit os w/ 64 bit excel.

There are no error messages. However if i i try to open microsoft excel the normal way after a failed launch, a window will pop up saying excel failed to open last time would you like to open in safe mode.

And are you using an antivirus software or security software?
