Getting Error when running protected publication

Hi, I just upgraded HTML Executable to the latest version 4.9.3
I started a new project and compiled it, protected it as usual. But now when I run the protected publication (tried on Windows 7 and Windows 8 both) I get an error as below!

Looks like you need to upgrade Internet Explorer to 11 or later

The machines are all having IE11 with automatic updates on.
