Try the GUnite software that is shipped with GSplit. It can give you more details about the error.
But it’s possible that the second piece file is incorrect if GSplit tells you so (could you have mixed two different piece sets?).

There maybe a chance that I mixed the files, but why should the other pieces get united successfully? The two disk2.gsd files from two file sets are not the same at all. What’s more, can I still recover some of my data from the seemed broken pieces, for there is something important to me to get them partially back.
Thank you.

It’s possible that only disk2.gsd got overwritten. You can inspect the faulty piece with the Piece Inspector tool of GSplit. You’ll see what is wrong.

You should then look into a 7Zip repair solution. Unfortunately, GSplit can’t recreate data that is lost or overwritten by error. You can partially reunite your 7Z archive and try to extract data from it. Some software can try to repair damaged 7z archives but GSplit doesn’t.
