How to digitally sign xls padlock files

I have just got a digital signature.

XLS Padlock asks for the path of a PFX file, the certificate subject name, or the certificate thumbnail. How do I find this path on my computer? It was installed at the recommended place. I can find the name in the registry using certmgr.msc

But there is no PFX file or anything I can ‘browse’ to and locate a specific file.

Hello,
I have no idea. I bought the certificate from Comodo.com - as suggested by you.
I downloaded the certificate and installed it. I have the screen on the attached JPEG.
I tried typing Math Super Store in to the name option in the distribute *.exe but that wouldn’t load after the *.exe was built.
I found the files by running certmgr.msc but that just gives the name as in the second Jpeg file.
I just want to sign the files I’ve created to publish them.
Thank you
James
