How to disable F5 refresh control key (SOLVED)

Hello, I want to disable the refresh option, and turn back and foward by keyboard. It’s possible? ¿Can I control the keys that the user press? Thanks for all.

Thanks for all, i bought it today. I think that Exeouput is the best program for php desktop aplications.
