How to insert a picture in xls?

My clients are wondering if they can put there own company logo and name. so i made it with editable text but the logo cannot be inserted once the workbook is already compiled. the insert picture from this device is greyed and cannot be click. how do i insert a picture? please help.

You could probably use VBA to load the logo from a picture file in the same folder as the EXE.
